Perfect for that big family getaway or special couples break you’ve been thinking about. All have generous living space and a covered verandah for indoor/outdoor living and dining. Our first 9 lodges are currently in development and will be completed for summer 2021. Due to the incredible volume of enquiries we have had we decided to open up pre-booking for all interested. All our lodges come fully equipped with WIFI, designated parking, outdoor living room, are dog friendly, triple glazing throughout and are self catering with the added option of lodge service.

All our lodges are furnished with link beds, allowing all double rooms to become twin for ultimate flexibilty.

The estate encompasses 160 acres of mature woodland, open grassland, ponds and elevated vistas. Making the most of our fantastic central location, only 28 miles from Edinburgh, and in the heart of East Lothian.

Our lodges have been designed to reflect what is important to us as a business, environmental consciousness at it’s heart with no compromise to luxury. For the kids it’s all about the fresh air, take them for a walk or a cycle through our woodland and see how many creepy crawlies you can spot along the way. In the evening, enjoy the view as it sets over the famous North Berwick Law. On a clear night enjoy a spot of star gazing. Step outside your lodge onto the covered decking and watch the night sky come alive. The lodges have been designed to reflect the very special qualities of this site and will have a minimal environmental impact in their use.

This development has been designed on passivhaus principles, setting a benchmark for all future sustainable development in the area and beyond. The relationship between the lodges and the landscape is absolutely fundamental in assuring cohesiveness of the overall development. The massing and materials have been developed and selected carefully so the lodges will nestle into this extraordinary landscape which will be seen to envelop them. Each lodge has been positioned to maximise the views out across East Lothian, but also so that overlooking other lodges has been minimised.
